Description
A ‘chan’ is a local word for an inlet or gully. The landscape around the Hook is full of chans and gullys. ‘Colvin’s Chan’ is on the approach road to the Hook Lighthouse. In certain sea conditions it is possible to swim in this chan.
This is my semi abstract interpretation of the power of the sea bounding in and out around these rocks.
